At CAINTÈ, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original CAINTÈ jewelry box or garment bag and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
